Open Evening at TriSportsPlus, 7th March

A date for your diary, Wednesday 7^th March, 6.30 – 9pm at TriSportsPlus in Huntingdon and Open Evening to see our new improved Bike Zone.  If you thought TriSportsPlus was just about triathlon and running, think again….. we now have a range of bikes & frames to satisfy any TT, Triathlon or road cyclist from three exciting brands: Argon 18, Blue, Pinarello

Complementing these frames & bikes, we have a growing range of components we can supply including:-

For those who are into or thinking of getting into bare foot running, TriSportsPlus has new stock of the Saucony Hattori & Kinvara 2 in store, other manufacturers' barefoot running shoes are on their way too.  
If your thinking about barefoot running but not sure what it is all about and whether it is right for you, why not come and talk to us about it.   I'm more than happy to video you barefoot to see how you run naturally and how you would need to go about changing to these shoes if you felt it was right for you.

VO2 Sub Max Test at TriSportsPlus

A VO2 Sub Max Test provides an analysis of the your personal fitness levels, upon which nutrition and training programs can be discussed and developed based on your individual physiology, performance and goals. 

The test can be repeated at regular intervals to monitor progress and allow training programs to be amended accordingly.
