Vivienne of TriSportsPlus completes Duston Tri

Last Sunday, Vivienne from TriSportsPlus truly surprised herself at Duston Tri with a PB on this course and coming 4th in her category.  "Ok so I have just gone up to the 50 - 54's but fantastic.  Even more so as my training over the Winter, especially on the bike has been minimal to say the least".
I enjoyed it so much, I signed up for Cambridge Tri in August, looks like most of the TRI BRJ triathletes will be at that one.  Brilliant for th new TRI BRJ club in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.  Follow training progress on the TriSportsPlus blog
