A VO2 Sub Max Test provides an analysis of the your personal fitness levels, upon which nutrition and training programs can be discussed and developed based on your individual physiology, performance and goals. 

The test can be repeated at regular intervals to monitor progress and allow training programs to be amended accordingly.

Brooks Running T7 Ltd Edition NOW in store

The Brooks Running T7 Ltd Edition racing shoe is now available at TriSportsPlus.  The triathlon shoe has several additional features to the basic T7

• Tabs on the heel and tongue for ease of entry in transition
• Blue colourway to stand out from the crowd
• Union flag detail on the heel

Still fantastically lightweight running shoe, supple upper and worn by Chrissie Wellington, our World No1 Ladies Ironman triathlete.  So yes, you could wear these in a marathon (make sure you get well used to them 1st though, to prevent injuries if you're not used to racing flats), however recommend up to 10k for most mere mortals.
